Reviewed by Chris Reed, CA DPR Qualified Applicator #REPLACE_WITH_QAL_NUMBER · Updated REPLACE_WITH_LAUNCH_DATE

Reed's Regenerative Landcare provides six grounds-care services for school districts, cities and public agencies in the East Bay and Marin: integrated pest management, organic fertilization programs, weed management, grounds maintenance, a winterization program and one-time cleanups. Each is planned and performed by owner and licensed applicator Chris Reed. [[DRAFT]]

Which grounds-care services does Reed's offer?

Reed's offers six services built for public grounds. Every one follows the same prevention-first approach described in our guide to what is integrated pest management and how our sustainable IPM approach works.

Prevention-first pest control with least-toxic, organic-first materials.

Seasonal soil and turf nutrition using organic inputs.

Mechanical, cultural and organic weed control that cuts herbicide use.

Scheduled lawn and landscape care for campuses and public sites.

Prepare turf, soil, irrigation and plantings for the wet season.

Site cleanups, overgrowth removal and landscape resets.

When does each program happen through the year?

Each program follows the Bay Area's wet-winter, dry-summer cycle. Monitoring runs all year; weed work peaks in spring; winterization happens October–December.
